One full day, up to 9 hours, your way
Your Day Pass gives you access from 9:00 to 18:00. Book 1, 2, or all 3 slots across the day (9–12, 12–15, 15–18) - whatever fits your schedule. Your child is in a warm, loving environment with professional educators, steps away from your desk.
Book up to 2 weeks ahead or same-day
Plan your focus day in advance or grab a spontaneous slot if one's available. You choose your work desk and your child's play area at the time of booking.
Meeting room and guest access
10% café discount on your visit day
Need a private space? You can book a meeting room, including access for one guest (without children), for €10 per slot (3 hours).
Your guests with children can purchase a discounted day pass (€38, including childcare).

How It Works

Book your day
A payment of €45 gives you full-day access. You can use the pass within 3 months. No subscription, no recurring charges. Choose your visit date, your workspace, and the play area for your child up to 2 weeks in advance. Or book spontaneously on the day (subject to availability).
Drop off, settle in, get to work
Arrive with enough time to spare for drop-off. Your child gets settled with our educators while you head to your desk, coffee in hand.
Work with focus, connect whenever you like
You're always close. Pop in for a cuddle, watch them play, have lunch or a snack together, or stay heads-down until pick-up. It's entirely up to you and your little one.

Your Workspace
Designer chairs, Highback Acoustic Sofas, a Privacy Booth, a private Meeting Room, and dedicated options for parents with small babies, including babywearing desks and desks with attached play-pens.
Your Child's Space
Two Montessori-inspired play areas, age-tailored for Krippe and Elementar groups. A cozy nap room with blackout curtains. A quiet, private breastfeeding zone. Child-sized bathrooms and a dedicated changing room.
Your Family's Café
The NEST Family Café serves great coffee, tea, cakes, and snacks for every age. Daily from 10:00–17:00, with coffee available for members from 8:30 on weekdays. A play zone means little ones are happy while you recharge.

We know that leaving your child in someone else's care, even for a few hours, even just down the hall, takes real trust. Here's exactly how we've set things up to keep your child safe, happy, and well-cared-for, and to keep you informed at every step.
Settling in together
Every child is different, and we never rush the process. During your first days at NEST, we'll work with you on a gentle settling-in plan, so your child builds a real bond with our educators before you step away to work. Plan for a few days where you may be called in more frequently. This investment pays off quickly: within days, most children settle beautifully and parents work almost completely undisturbed.
Our educators will reach out if your child needs a diaper change, is inconsolably upset, or wants to breastfeed. You're always just steps away.
You're always close - and that's the point
NEST is designed around proximity. While your child is in our care, we ask you to stay on-site, which means you're always reachable and your child always has you near. You can check in on your little one whenever you like, no need to ask. Most parents find that knowing they can check in means they rarely need to. Likewise, your child knowing that you are just steps away, tends to ease the transition period for them and makes them feel safe, even when you're out of sight.
Coffee, snacks, and lunch options are available on-site throughout the day, for you and for your child.
Food & drinks: keeping it simple and safe
Please bring a leak-proof water bottle for your child, and keep open cups with hot liquid out of the reach of children. We provide a menu of child-friendly snacks and vegetarian meals on-site, so there's no need to bring outside food (exceptions can always be made for children with special dietary needs, just let us know in advance). If you'd like to take your child out for lunch, you're welcome to! Just bring them along with you.
Drop-off & pick-up
We ask everyone to drop off and pick up on time. A relaxed drop-off sets the tone for a great day for your child. Arrive with some time to spare so you don't need to immediately rush off to the coworking area. Punctual pick-up is also appreciated, as our educators plan their day around the session schedule. On that same note, if you have made a reservation and can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
Nap room
Children who need a rest are welcome in our nap room, equipped with mats, blankets, blackout curtains, a white-noise machine, and a baby monitor. You're responsible for settling your child to sleep. Feel free to bring a sleeping bag and a small pillow if needed, as long as it doesn't disturb other sleeping children. Please keep noise to a minimum when the nap room is in use.
Vaccination - keeping everyone healthy
In line with German law (Masernschutzgesetz, § 20 IfSG), children aged 12 months and older must show proof of complete measles vaccination (2 doses) to use our childcare areas. This protects every child in our community, including the youngest and most vulnerable. Have a baby under 12 months? No vaccination is required at this age, and if you don't want them in the play areas yet, then our baby-friendly desks (with play-pen or babywearing option) are available at 50% off for babies who aren't yet old enough for our play areas. Your baby then stays right with you at your desk.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often can I use the Day Pass?
Each Day Pass covers one visit. You can purchase up to 3 Day Passes per person per year.
What if I only need half a day or a few hours?
The day pass gives you up to 9 hours of coworking space with professional childcare. Whether you use just 3 hours or all 9 is entirely up to you. Please understand that we cannot sell individual hours. Our childcare providers are scheduled on a daily basis, not by the hour. The day pass is therefore our smallest unit.
What if my kid is struggling to let me go and work?
Especially during the first visit, depending on your child’s temperament, they may be excited to play with our teachers but not really let you leave and get some work done. If you’re unable to work, we’ll reactivate your day pass for another visit.
My child has never been in childcare before. Is a Day Pass okay?
You should definitely come with realistic expectations, especially when it comes to those first few hours with us. It often helps children to know that their parents are right next door. You can also make a point of sitting in a spot where you can see each other. Even so, your child may want to come to you more often, especially during the first visit.
Can I upgrade to a membership after my Day Pass?
Yes, and we'd love to have you! Get in touch after your visit and we'll walk you through the options.
